March 2, Sunday — Mass for Peace and discussion led by guest celebrant, Rev. James Hug, S.J. 6:30 pm, Reed Hall, Room 236, Florida Gulf Coast University, 10501 FGCU Blvd. S., Ft. Myers A Peace Mass will be celebrated by Rev. James Hug, S.J., the Executive Director of the Center of Concern in Washington, D.C. and a well-known figure in the global justice and peace movement who has lectured and directed workshops throughout the U.S. and in Europe, Asia, and Australia.  A discussion will follow regarding the proposed war on Iraq, the role of the United Nations and NATO in that decision, and the related, long term political, social, and economic implications.  Pax Christi Naples, FGCU Newman Club, FGCU Roman Catholic Campus Ministry, and FGCU PresbyEagles extend an open invitation to all to attend.
