Requiem for Frank Lee Smith is an acclaimed documentary that probes into the heart of the issues behind this year’s theme, “The Death Penalty: The Ultimate Injustice.” How did he end up on Florida death row for a crime he didn’t commit? And why did he die there, despite evidence of his innocence? Followed by a discussion and then a brief report about our visits with Gregory Capehart, an inmate on Florida Death Row.
